Sex in Japanese – Sekkusu and Ecchi
The word for sex in Japanese derives from English and is said as sekkusu [セックス]. Another quite common word is ecchi [エッチ] which refers to indecent things done. Ecchi can mean indecent; sensual; sexy; dirty; obscene and also refers to sex.
Ecchi or H is more common than the actual word porno [ポルノ] to refer to adult content. Another popular expression we also use in this case is ero (エロ) which literally means erotic.

What does nakadashi and sotodashi mean?
In Japanese, nakadashi [中出し] literally means “release inside,” but it is often used as a sexual term meaning “to ejaculate inside” or “internal ejaculation.”
Basically, it means to ejaculate during sexual intercourse without a condom, inside the partner’s body. The opposite is sotodashi [外出し] which means to cum outside.
Some dictionaries translate nakadashi as “intravaginal ejaculation” or “creampie.” The term does not only refer to the vagina; it literally means to ejaculate inside, which can be inside anywhere, but it is generally the vagina.
