The word kimochi warui [気持ち悪い] means bad feeling. It can mean bad premonition; feeling sick; unpleasant; revolting; crude and disgusting. Generally, in anime, this expression is used to demonstrate disgust for something.

It can mainly refer to things like feeling nauseous or an unpleasant sensation of seeing. A broad expression of when you feel sick because it deviates too much from your own sensitivities and sensations.
