Protagonists have are always judged by their appearance, most of the time, white-haired protagonists are always overrated and the expectations under them are high. Fortunately on many occasions, expectations are met.

In other expectations are they are only in the area of imagination and are totally frustrated by a bad protagonist. But it’s no use worrying, these cases are minority. Most anime have protagonists who stand out, but for this type can stand out. After all, as the legend says “if you have white hair, ́é powerful”.

And this becomes true many times through several Overpower characters that the anime universe possesses. So to satiate some of this curiosity, this is an exclusive list of anime with white-haired protagonists. So let’s get down to business.

Katsuhira Agata is a quiet and reserved teenager whose feelings have disappeared. Thus, his behavior makes Katsuhira an easy target for bullies, who exploit him and exchange money.

However, one day Katsuhira, his childhood friend and four other teenagers are kidnapped and forced to join the Kizuna System. Those who participate are connected through pain: if a limb is injured, others will feel an equal amount of agony.

These individuals must become guinea pigs for an incomplete system designed to achieve world peace. With their fates literally connected, they must expose their true “selves” to each other, or run the risk of failing much more than just the Kizuna System.

Opening the list with one of the most different proposal anime there is. Few clichés are used in this anime and the plot always manages to surprise the audience. The protagonist may not be one of the most charismatic, but has his great participation in the plot. Besides having a very good romance to see.

Tokyo ghoul

Tokyo has become a cruel and merciless city – a place where evil creatures called “ghouls” exist alongside humans. The citizens of this once great metropolis live in constant fear of these bloodthirsty savages and their thirst for human flesh.

Tokyo Ghoul follows Ken Kaneki, a shy college student and scholar who is quickly attracted to Rize Kamishiro, an eager bed like him. However, Rize is not exactly who she looks like, and this encounter plays Kaneki into the dark depths of the inhuman world of the Ghouls.

There’s a little problem in this anime. It doesn’t start from the beginning with white hair. Unfortunately he only happens to have white hair, almost at the end of the season, but it’s worth waiting until this happens, because the scene is one of the most epic there is. And after this event he gets very strong and badass.

Dungeon ni deai

Life in the bustling city of Orario is never monotonous, especially for Bell Cranel, a young man who hopes to become the greatest adventurer on earth. After a chance encounter with the lone goddess, Hestia, her dreams become a little closer to reality.

With her support, Bell embarks on a fantastic quest as he ventures into the depths of the city’s monster-filled dungeons.

One of the most naïve and virgin protagonists of all time. Of course, there will always be the protagonist of to love-ru, but this one is quite comparable. Fortunately what he has of virgin he has of powerful. But I must point out that this is one of the few anime that give a great excuse to use a frequent cliché.

SaiJaku muhai in bahamut

Lux, a former prince of an empire called Arcadia, who was overthrown by a rebellion five years ago, accidentally invades the bathing area of a female dormitory, and there sees the kingdom’s new princess naked.

The princess, in a state of fury, challenges Lux to a Drag-Ride duel. Drag-Rides are ancient armored mechanical weapons that have been excavated from ruins around the world. However, lux used to be called the strongest Drag-Knight, but now he is known as the “weak Invincible”.

I to this day have not seen any other cliché be used in such an original way. Usually, the protagonists invade the female bath through the door, but this guy accidentally managed to hack through the roof. But anyway, the important thing is that the protagonist looks like a child visually, but has a power to fear any adult.

Seikon no qwaser

After a horrible day, adopted sisters Mafuyu Oribe and Tomo Yamanobe come across an injured young man and decide to bring him home to recover. That same night, Mafuyu ends up at the mercy of the infamous serial killer. Strangely, he doesn’t demand her life, but an icon left by Tomo’s father.

Fortunately, Sasha, the mysterious young man the sisters had welcomed, comes to help and helps Mafuyu avoid the same fate as the other victims. Sasha reveals that he is a Qwaser, an individual capable of controlling scientific elements when participating in soma, a miraculous essence found in women’s breasts.

I think I’ve made a list of the best ecchis, and this one’s on the spiciest part of the list. Yes, this anime is nothing more than a spicy ecchi. Where the protagonist uses the excuse of gaining power, to suck the girls’ chests. I found it quite original, and of course it’s on my favorites list. I want to point out that I liked the story and not the spicy parts (it’s true).

Strike the blood

Kojou Akatsuki’s days as an ordinary high school student in the Itogami Island Demon District come to an abrupt end after a fateful encounter leaves him with a vampire’s remarkable abilities.

It doesn’t take long for him to be pushed into the spotlight when it is discovered that he is the fourth primogenitor, an immensely powerful vampire who most merely consider a legend.

Fearing Kojou’s destructive potential, the Lion King Organization sends an apprentice sword shaman to monitor, and if he becomes a threat, kill the boy. However, the two form an unlikely alliance when Kojou accepts his skills. So they both struggle to protect the city from several emerging chaotic forces.

If the protagonist didn’t have a giant harem, which I consider as one of the best of all anime, he wouldn’t be here. Of course it has other strengths, as well as the mc’s combat power and its hot scenes. But its history is quite common, by the way, full of clichés, but original in various parts.

Dansai bunri on crime edge

Kiri Haimura has an obsession with cutting hair. This bizarre trait is what leads you to look for a long-haired ghost who lives in an abandoned house on a hill. However, he comes across a beautiful long-haired girl whose hair cannot be cut due to a family curse.

Iwai explains that there is a game of death around her, and that if she is killed by a cursed object, called “Killing Good”, the user will have his wish granted.

This was one of the first anime where the protagonist is addicted to hair cut. I mean, to this day I haven’t seen another anime with this theme (that’s an original anime). But the most important thing is that although mc apparently just like slitting hair, he discovers several other skills. Which makes him very strong as the episodes go.

I killed in the choker

In the distant future, most humans left earth, and the Galactic Alliance of Humanity was founded to guide exploration and ensure the prosperity of humanity. However, a significant threat arises in the form of strange creatures called Hideauze, resulting in an interstellar war to prevent the extinction of humanity.

Armed with Chamber, an autonomous robot, Lieutenant Ledo, 16, of the Galactic Alliance, joins the battle against monsters. In an unfortunate twist, Ledo loses control during battle and is thrown to the ends of space, landing on a flooded Earth.

On the blue planet, Gargantia – a large fleet of cleaning ships – comes across Chamber and recovers it from the ocean, thinking they’ve recovered something of value. Confusing his actions with hostility, Ledo flees on board and takes a young messenger named Amy hostage, only to realize that gargantia residents are not so dangerous.

Well, we already know he’s the strongest on earth, but he’s the strongest in the universe? But that question makes no difference, the important thing is the graphics of this anime that are beautiful, at least I found it. In addition has a good romance for restless fans, who are always looking for a good couple to fantasize.

“Mushi”: the most basic forms of life in the world. They exist without any purposes or purposes other than simply “being”. They are beyond the shackles of the words “good” and “evil”. Mushi can exist in countless forms and is able to imitate things from the natural world, such as plants, diseases and even phenomena such as rainbows.

This is, however, only a vague definition of these entities that inhabit mushishi’s vibrant world, because even calling them a way of life would be excessive simplification. Detailed information about mushi is scarce because most humans are unaware of its existence.

So what are Mushi and why do they exist? This is the question that a Mushishi, Ginko, constantly ponders. Mushishi are those who research Mushi in the hope of understanding his place in the hierarchy of life in the world.

If you are looking for an anime with action, this is not recommended. Because mushishi is a totally slow anime and almost no scenes of excitement. I think for those who don’t like psychological anime, he gets to sleep watching this one. But for those who like to reflect and learn various moral lessons, this is one of the best for this purpose.

Raised in an environment of conflict, Jonathan “Jonah”, hates guns. But when Koko Hekmatyar, an international arms dealer, takes on Jonah as one of his bodyguards, he has no choice but to take up arms.

Along with koko’s other bodyguards, composed primarily of former special operations soldiers, Jonah is now tasked with protecting Koko and his overly idealistic goal of world peace from the numerous dangers that come from his line of work.

Let’s just say there is a giant incoherence in the protagonist’s life. Although he doesn’t like guns, he can’t survive without a gun on his side. In addition to this problem, the anime has good stories, too bad that some are extremely races and bad told. But the protagonist has many strengths and always overcomes.
