The Holy Grail in the story is a powerful object that can grant the user their greatest wishes. In this tournament, the young Shirou was about to die, when he was saved by a beautiful girl who introduces herself as Saber.
Already the saga Unlimited Blade Works is a continuation – taking place between 2014 and 2015 – that explores the relationship between Shirou and other characters. In this part of the story, the young man is again immersed in the chaotic environment of Holy Grail War.
2. Fate/Zero
The story predates the events of Stay Night and consequently, Unlimited Blade Works.
