- 180g of red beans
- 20 g of sugar
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 tablespoons of Katakuri Ko starch

Preparation:
Start by preparing the strawberries, removing the stems and rinse them.Then dry them with a kitchen towel and make 6 small balls with the red bean paste, weighing about 25g each.

In a bowl, mix 80g of Shiratama rice flour with 120ml of water and 20g of sugar. Place the mixture in a microwave bowl, cover with plastic film and heat for 2 minutes.

Spray a little bit of katakuri ko starch powder into a plate and into your hands to prevent the mass from grinding. Divide the mass into 6 equal pieces and flat them.
