Recipes - How to Prepare

Preparation:

Melt the cooked rice to remove excess moisture.

Humidify the inside of a sushi rice bowl or a large bowl to prevent the rice from grinding.

Add the sushi vinegar to the cooked rice in the bowl.

Carefully mix the vinegar in the rice using a rice pad until it is well incorporated. Let the rice cool to room temperature and cover with a wet tea towel to prevent it from drying.

Prepare the covers in fine slices.

Assemble the sushi by placing a plastic film sheet in your hand, followed by a piece of sliced fish or cover of your choice. Add a small amount of wasabi and cover with 30g of sushi rice.

Close the pack firmly by twisting the plastic film to form a uniform ball.

Remove the Temari sushi from the plastic film and serve with soy sauce. If desired, adorn it with other foods or small vegetables before serving.
