The hirata buns are a typical dish of Japanese cuisine that originated in the Osaka region in the 19th century. They are believed to have been created by a Buddhist monk named Hirata Atsutane, who sought a way to feed the pilgrims who visited the temple where he lived. Recipes - How to Prepare

Method

Combine all the ingredients for bread:

  • Breast milk powder (3g)
