Recipes - How to Prepare

Now that you know the ingredients to make the recipe Summer. Follow the instructions below in the preparation mode or step by step.

Method

Prepare the horse filets:

In a bowl, mix 60g of flour, 1 egg and 60 ml of water until you get a thin mass. Pass the 3-4 horse filets in this mass to cover them completely.

Heat the oil.

In a heavy bottom pot, heat 1L of vegetable oil to a temperature of 170-175 °C, using a thermometer to measure.

Stir the fryed filets:

Carefully soak the filets in the hot oil, one at a time, and fry until they are golden, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the filets and let them leak on towel paper. Repeat the process with the remaining filets, taking care not to overload the pot and prevent the filets from getting wet and oily.

Prepare the rice and vegetables.

Cook the rice according to your preference or follow the instructions on the package. Cut the vegetables/sallad into small pieces. We suggest tomatoes, edamame or peppers, but stay free to use the seasonal or available vegetables.

Go to Benedict:

In the middle of the bench, put the cooked rice and cover with the furikake of your choice. In the other half, put the vegetables/sallad and, on top, put 1-2 filets of horseback. Enjoy a pleasant summer day, either at a picnic in the park or as lunch.
