Synopsis: In Yomiyama North Junior High class 3-3, the transferred student Kouichi Sakakibara returns after taking a medical license to the first month of school. Among his new classmates, he is inexplicably attracted to Mei Misaki - a girl reserved for a slap she met at the hospital during her absence.
