Preparation of bread:

As is typical in Japanese sandwiches, remove the crust with a sharp knife and separate the bread into 3 stacks, with 4 slices in each set of sandwiches.

Preparation of cream and strawberry sandwiches:

Let’s start with the simplest sandwiches, cream and strawberries. Bite 1/2 cup of chantilly in a bowl until it gets firm and spread evenly on the slices of bread. If you prefer, use a bowl of cream and spread it evenly over the slices.

Mounting:

Then wash, cut the stems and cut each straw in half. Divide them equally between the slices of bread before placing them on the cream. Join two slices for each sandwich and cut diagonally to give an authentic touch.

Preparation of Tonkatsu sandwiches:

Now, let’s prepare the Tonkatsu sandwiches. Take 4 slices of bread and pass a light layer of butter before adding roasted cabbage into two of them. To make Tonkatsu, remove all the fat from 2 bats of pork, stitch them with 20g of flour, 1 egg and finally 80g of panko roast flour before roasting them in oil.

Mounting:

Instead of cutting Tonkatsu into thin slices, as is common, leave it whole and put a piece in each sandwich. Cover with a generous portion of Tonkatsu sauce and close with the other two slices of bread before cutting diagonally.

Preparation of Yakisoba sandwiches:
