Tsukuyomi: Moon Phase
Synopsis: Freelance photographer Kouhei Morioka is traveling to a castle in Germany to take pictures of paranormal activities for his friend Hiromi Anzai, editor of a hidden magazine. Upon entering the castle, he is confronted by a young girl in a white dress and cat named Hazuki. She is interested in Kouhehe and offers a kiss, but instead turns out to be a vampire, sucks his blood and transforms him into his slave.
To Hazuki's great disgust, however, Kouhei is not affected by his bite. Hoping to escape the castle and his possessive butler, Hazuki forces Kouhei to help her. With the help of his powerful exorcist cousin Seiji Midou, the two leave safely. Finally free, Hazuki flees to Japan in search of his mother. Shortly after Kouhei returns home, he discovers that Hazuki nestled in his house, where he reluctantly allows her to stay. Meanwhile, other vampires decided to find the absent Hazuki.
Gothic and adorable equal parts, Tsukuyomi: The moon phase is a charming and mystical story, where two unlikely allies form a unique bond in an attempt to challenge an immortal society.
