Synopsis: Under the capital of Tokyo, Japan, there is a large, vast and unknown world known as underground. There are people known as elementary users; People who have the ability to control the elements: fire, water, rays, magnetism, freezing, etc. Meet Rumido Asagi and your best friend Ginnosuke Isuzu, two medium freshmen of high school residing in Tokyo.     2. Ruri Sarasa, a young underground rebel, is chased by the police and ends up being saved by a mysterious young man named Rumi Asagi.
    3. Rumi reveals Ruri that he is a "protector," a warrior who protects the underground from external threats.
    4. Ruri decides to join Runi in his fight and becomes his partner.
    5. They face several enemies, including the evil organization "Company", which seeks to control the underground and its resources.
    6. During their adventures, Ruri and Rumini discover that they have a special connection and fall in love.
    7. They manage to defeat "Company" and restore peace in the underground.
    8. Ruri and Runi decide to be together and continue to fight for justice and equality for all inhabitants of Tokyo.
