Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru

Synopsis: In the year 2205, a special sage known as Saniwa has the ability to bring inanimate objects to life. At the same time, the dark forces started a plan to travel back in time and change the course of history - and the only ones capable of preventing them are the Saniwa and their strongest animations: historical Japanese swords, in the form of beautiful young people.

Touken Ranbu: Hanamaru opens in the life of Yamatonokami Yasusada, the beloved Uchigatana of Souji Okita, when he starts his first day in the citadel of Saniwa. Soon meeting with his old friend, Kashuu Kiyomitsu, the two are involved in the daily mischief of his sword companions. They never miss the opportunity to have fun, either through wild snow fights or introducing their newest comrades into the citadel. Obviously, when the government calls, the swords are always ready to fulfill its mission to protect history.
