Synopsis: Despite infinite research, the human mind remains a mystery to this day. Unknown to the public, there are special individuals capable of diving deeply into people's minds and even manipulating their memories.

Endowed with this skill, Hiroki, Tsukasa, and Satoru are among those who use their power to commit crimes under the orders of their leader Katsuragi.     - The young high school student, Chiyo, is turned into a cat by a strange scientist, Dr. Harada. - Chiyo, now known as "Chi", is adopted by her former teacher's family and needs to learn to live as a pet. - She makes friends with other animals and humans in the house, but also faces challenges in adapting to her new way of life. - Chi meets a childhood friend who helps her understand the situation and eventually find a way to return to her original state. - Throughout the story, Chi experiences new emotions and learns more about herself, while also strengthening her bonds with her new companions.

    What happens in the end?

    At the end of Pet's manga, it is revealed that Tsukasa and Satoru are actually the same person who has the ability to manipulate memories. He uses this ability to create an alternative reality in which he and his beloved, Hayashi, can live together. However, he realizes that this reality is false and decides to undo it, facing his own internal demons and trying to redeem himself by the mistakes he made in the past. The ending is opened and leaves open the destination of the characters.
