Ima, Soko ni Iru Boku
Synopsis: Shuuzou "Shuu" Matsutani lives his ordinary life in peace. He has friends, a fall and a passion for Kendo. Discouraged after losing to his Kendo rival, Shuu rises a smoke shot to watch the sunset, where he meets Lala-Ru, a quiet, blue-haired girl wearing a strange pendant. Shuu tries to make friends with her, despite her disinterested and bland answers.
However, his hopes are crushed when a woman, accompanied by two serpentine machines, appears out of nowhere with one goal in mind: Capture Lala-Ru. Shuu, as he is, tries to save his new friend from his kidnappers and is transported to a desert world, unlike anything he has seen before. However, despite the circumstances, Shuu only thinks of saving Lala-Rru, until he is completely beaten by some soldiers. As he soon finds out, Lala-Rru can manipulate water and its pendant is the source of which it is capable of bringing liquid, a scarce commodity in its new environment. But now the pendant is lost, and Shuu is the main suspect.
Imi, Soko Ni Iru Boku is the frightening story of a dystopian world, and Shuu, who has to endure torture, hunger and horrors of war to save the lone girl who found sitting on top of a smoke.
