Synopsis: Battles continue between the "Penguin Empire", the mysterious form of life that arrived on the land suddenly, and "Beauty Hall Prince", the Anti-Penguin secret organization. To combat the gigantic "Penguin Robot" of the Penguin Empire, the Beauty Salon Prince has developed its definitive weapon, "Daimidaller" and is now looking for the pilot. They choose Koichi Madanbashi, a warm-blooded boy who is crazy about large breasts, because he is the factor of "hy-hero particles," the source of unknown energy.
