Recipes - How to Prepare

Preparation mode:

Blend gently 2 teaspoons of sushi vinegar with 2 cups of cooked rice and let it cool.

Add 1-2 teaspoons of furikake and 20 cooked edamames to the rice mixture.

Fill the Inari bags carefully with rice.

For the Hijiki and Inari Sushi carrot, leave 10g of sausage hijiki in water for 30 minutes and cook 600g of sushi rice.

Add carrot, hijiki and 120ml of Dashi stock, soy sauce, sugar and mirin to a pot and cook until the sauce is absorbed.

Let the rice cool and add the cooked vegetables and salmon seeds.

Fill Inari bags carefully with rice and serve with sushi ginger.

To make Gomoku Inari Sushi, add a mixture of gomoku chirashi sushi package to cooked rice.

Fill Inari bags with rice and serve with other flavors.
