Prepare the Agar Kanten:

  • Let the Kanten sauce in cold water for 30 minutes until it softens.

  • In a bowl, mix 40-50 ml of water with Shiratama Ko rice flour until you get a smooth mass.
  • Make about 16 balls with the pasta and let it boil in a pot with water.
  • When the balls rise to the surface, let it cook for another 1-2 minutes and then put it in cold water.

Cut the covers into pieces:

  • Cut the Kanten jelly into cubes and the fruits into medium pieces.

Make the fruit salad:

  • In individual bowl, put the Shiratama Ko balls, Kanten jelly and the pieces of fruit.
  • Finish with a portion of red beans and, if desired, water with a little syrup of the canned mandarins.
