Triage X

Synopsis: In a deadly terrorist attack, Arashi Mikami narrowly escapes death, but loses everything in the process, including his family and best friend. However, the rescue surgeon is far from just an ordinary doctor - he runs a strike team known as the black seal whose task is to exterminate deadly criminals who have fallen too far. Full of a new determination, Arashi joins the ranks of the vigilant organization.

Black Label's targets are abundant, for the scum of evil hides everywhere - weapons traffickers, corrupt politicians, and dark bandits, all find themselves hunted by the extermination team. Although haunted by their dark and sinister past, all hunters are highly qualified in killing their targets. Despite the dangerous lives the members live, Arashi and the beautiful ladies that surround him still get involved at various sensual moments and bold hijinks. Although they face strong opposition, nothing can prevent Black Label's goal from cleaning the world of horrible evil.

    3. Arashi joins Triage X as an assistant to Mikoto.
    4. Triage X discovers that the epidemic is caused by a criminal organization that is spreading a deadly virus.
    5. The Triage X team faces several enemies, including rental killers, drug traffickers, and members of the criminal organization responsible for the epidemic.
    6. Arashi and Mikoto develop feelings for each other, but face various obstacles in their relationship.
    7. Triage X discovers that the criminal organization is planning a large -scale attack against the city of Tokyo.
    8. The Triage X team wages a final battle against members of the criminal organization and manages to prevent the attack.
