Tokyo ESP
Synopsis: Rinka Urushiba works half a waitress to help her unemployed father. For all reports, her life in Tokyo is relatively normal - but her sense of normality begins to disappear when she inexplicably sees a flying penguin one day. Chasing to the top of a building, she finds more surprises, including Flying Goldfish and someone else - a classmate named Kyoutarou Azuma - who can also see these strange things. After Rinka passes out when a golden fish phases through her, she wakes up with the ability to stick her body through solid matter.
However, her new skill is not the only strange thing on her: when she uses her powers, her hair turns white. Deciding with reluctance to use this new gift to help the city, she becomes the new hero of Tokyo, nicknamed "White Girl." Together with Kyoutarou, who has gained the power of teleportation, Rinka begins to correct the errors in the city while fighting other Espers who have much less noble intentions.
