Synopsis: In "Slayers Next", Lina Inverse and Gourry Gabriev reunite with their friends Zelgadis Graywords and Princess Amelia Wil Tesla Saillune in the kingdom of Xoana, where they unwittingly thwart the world domination plans of the king and his daughter. However, the real quest begins when Zelgadis reveals that he is on a mission to find the Claire Bible, a mystical grimoire that contains secrets that can help him regain his human form. Accompanying Zelgadis, the group find themselves embroiled in a series of adventures, full of unexpected encounters, including the enigmatic figure of the priest Xellos, who offers to help them on their journey, but with his own dark intentions lurking in the background.
