Shokugeki no Souma
Synopsis: Souma Yukihira is cooking next to her father Jouichirou since he remembers. As sous chef at his father's restaurant, he spent years developing his cooking experience and inventing new dishes to surprise his customers. He aspires to exceed his father's ability and take over the restaurant one day, but is shocked to learn that Jouichirou is closing the store to accept a job in New York.
Instead of scoring along with his father, Souma finds herself enrolled in the prestigious Totsuki cuisine gym, where only 10 % of her students end up forming. The school is famous for its "Shokugeki" - intense cuisine competitions among students used to resolve debate and arguments. Jouichirou tells Souma that she surpasses him and survives for the next three years in Tootsuki and graduated there.
The brutal curriculum of the gym and the fiercely competitive student body await young chef, who must learn to navigate the treacherous environment if he wants to have a chance to realize his dreams. But is the skill alone enough to let it go up?
