Satsuriku no Tenshi

Synopsis: With dead and lifeless eyes, Rachel Gardner just wants to die. Waking up in the basement of a building, she has no idea how or why she is there. She stumbles into a bandaged killer named Zack, who is trying to escape. After promising to kill it as soon as he is free, Rachel and Zack left to climb the floor of the building to the floor until they escape.
