Unfortunately, Mugen decides to fight with the reluctant Ronin Jin, who exerts a more precise and traditional sword fighting style, and the latter proves to be a formidable opponent. The only problem is that they end up destroying the whole store and accidentally killing the son of the local magistrate.

For their crime, the two samurai are captured and prepared to be executed. However, they are rescued by Fuu, who hires the duo as guard. Although she no longer has a place to go back, the ex -Garçone wants to find a certain samurai that smells of sunflowers and asks for the help of the exonerated pair now to do so. Despite initially disapproving of this idea, the two ended up agreeing to help the girl in her search; So the trio embarks on an adventure to find this mysterious warrior - that is, if Fuu can prevent Mugen and Jin from killing.

Situated in an alternative period of Edo in Japan, Samurai Champloo follows the journey of these three eccentric individuals on an action-filled epic mission, comedy and dynamic struggle of swords, all with the rhythm of a hip-hop infusion soundtrack.
