Synopsis: During the events of Rozen's original maiden, after circulating "yes" in an article and agreing to curl up an unknown "Something", a traumatized jun Sakurada fights alongside the aligned dolls known as Rozen's Donzels. But what would have happened if Jun had circled "no"?

Jun, having surpassed the trauma of the school since his youth, spends his time attending college and working in a bookstore. However, he does not feel that he belongs anywhere. One day he finds a book containing instructions on how to make a Donzela Rozen. Mysteriously, when he arrives home that night, the second volume of the book series was delivered to his house, along with a few pieces of a doll. But suddenly, as they started to arrive, the books stop coming, and Jun gets a warning that the books are no longer published. With an incomplete doll in hand and a message from his other me in another world, this Jun also finds his way to the world of Rozen's maiden.
