Rokujouma no Shinryakusha!?
Synopsis: After Koutarou Satomi's father is suddenly relocated to his job, the first year high school student is confronted with a cheap place to live alone. Of course, he takes advantage of the chance to move to the corona house room 106 for a mere five thousand yen per month. But while everything goes well at the beginning, Koutarou soon it gets much more than he expected after stumbling in a mysterious cave while working in his part -time job.
The following night, Koutarou is visited by several seemingly mythical figures, all who claim the property of the poor student's apartment. Among the invaders are Sanae Higashihongan, a ghost allegedly haunting the room, the magic girl Yurika, the alien princess Theiamillis Gre Fortorthe and Kiriha Kurano, a straight descendant of the Earth people. More important, however, each of these four girls needs Koutarou apartment for their own reasons and does not retreat without fighting!
Rokujouma no shinryakusha!? It is a Royale comic battle on a six -tatami apartment, involving supernatural beings, romantic high school hijinks and a misleading owner.
