Synopsis: Raku Ichijou, a first -year student of Bonyari High School, is the only heir to an intimidating Yakuza family. Ten years ago, Raku made a promise to his childhood friend. Now, all he needs to continue is a pendant with a lock, which can only be unlocked with the key the girl took with her when she separated.
Now, years later, Raku has become a typical teenager, and all he wants is to remain the most involved in his Yakuza context while spending his school days alongside his high school Kosaki Onodera. However, when the American Bee Hive gang invades the territory of his family, Raku's idyllics are sent to a draw while he is dragged for a frustrating conflict: Raku is pretending to be in a romantic relationship with Chitoge Kirisaki, The beautiful daughter of The Head of the Hive to reduce friction between the two groups. Unfortunately, reality could not be further from this impressive lie - Raku and Chitoge fall into hatred at first glance, because the girl is convinced that he is a pathetic push and, in the eyes of Raku, Chitoge is as attractive as a wild gorilla.
Nisekoi follows the daily crossings of this couple incompatible that were forced to get along in a matter of maintaining the peace of the city. With many other girls raising her life, all involved with Raku's past somehow, her search for the girl who holds her heart and promise leads him in the most unexpected directions than he expects.
