Moshidora

Synopsis: Minami joins his high school baseball team as a team manager after finding out that his best friend Yuuki is in the hospital and can no longer be a team manager. To try to fill Yuuki and help the team in the best way possible, she goes out to find a book on how to manage a baseball team.

Unfortunately, it accidentally buys Peter Drucker's book called "management: tasks, responsibilities, practices," which is really about properly managing a business. Since she failed to return the book, she decides to read it anyway and try to apply business management concepts to the baseball team so that they can continue and win the nationals.
