Living in Central Europe, the üso Ewin space immigrant joins the League military, a militia composed of frustrated civilians with the disability of the land federation to fight the Zanscare Empire. The latent skills of üso as a psychic Shattype wake up and allow him to pilot the victory Gundam, the only mobile costume capable of postponing the Empire Zanscare Bespa elite forces.

Hoping to protect his best friend Shakti Kareen and locate his parents in the federation ranks, he fights victory, striving to end the reign of the Empire.
