Synopsis: "Ibara no Ou" is a science fiction anime set in a post-apocalyptic world where humanity is ravaged by a deadly disease known as "Medusa." The story follows the journey of a young girl named Kasumi, who becomes one of the rare survivors immune to the disease. In the final confrontation, it is revealed that the corporation was created by a group of scientists who wanted to control the world through Medusa. They planned to use a rocket launch to spread the virus worldwide, resulting in the deaths of millions of people and the creation of a new world where they would be the leaders. However, the survivors, led by Kasumi and her brother Marco, manage to prevent the rocket launch and defeat the scientists behind the evil plan. In the end, Kasumi and the other survivors are able to escape from the island where they were trapped and find a cure for the Medusa virus.
