Synopsis: Since witnessing the "little giant" and his surprising skills on the volleyball court, Shouyou Hinata has been stink by the dynamic nature of the sport. Although his attempt to make his debut as a regular volleyball during a high school tournament has increased on fire, he wants to prove that his less impressive height is no longer an obstacle to his pure will and perseverance.
When Hinata enrolls in Karasuno High School, the little giant's Mater Alma, he believes he's a step closer to his goal of becoming a professional volleyball player. Although the school keeps only one shadow of its old glory, Hinata's condemnation is not shaken until he learns that Tobio Kageyama - the prodigy who humiliated Hinata's high school volleyball team in an overwhelming defeat - is now his companion of team.
To fulfill his desire to leave a mark in the kingdom of volleyball - as often considered as the dominance of the ups and the strong - Hinata must soften his differences with Kageyama. Only when Hinata learns what it takes to be part of a team, can he join the race to the top seriously.
