    At the end of the movie "Elysium," the character Max (played by Matt Damon) manages to use the Elysium technology to cure his illness and that of the protagonist, Frey (played by Alice Braga). However, Max dies due to the injuries sustained during his mission, but his sacrifice ensures a better future for humanity.
