Synopsis: Lucy is a special human race called "Diclonius", born with a small pair of invisible horns and telekinetic hands that serve her as a victim of inhuman scientific experimentation by the government. However, since the circumstances present to her an opportunity to escape, Lucy, corrupted by confinement and torture, triggers a torrent of bloodshed as she escapes her captors.

During her escape, she receives a head injury that leaves her with a divided personality: someone with the mindset of a harmless child who has a limited speech capacity. In this state of instability, she stumbles into two university students, Kouta and her cousin Yuka, who unknowingly carry a injured fugitive in her care, without knowing her murderous trends. This act of goodness will change their lives, for they soon find themselves dragged into the dark world of government confidentiality and conspiracy.
