Several millennia later, Taiju wakes up to find the modern world completely non -existent, for nature has flourished in the years that humanity has stopped. Among a world of stone statues, Taiju finds another living human: his friendly friend of science Senkuu, who has been active for a few months. Taiju discovers that Senkuu has developed a great scheme - to launch the complete Renaissance of civilization with science. Taiju's Brawn and Senkuu's brains combine to forge a formidable partnership, and soon discover a method to revive the petrified ones.

However, Senkuu's master plan is threatened when its ideologies are challenged by those who awaken. All the time, the reason for the petrification of humanity remains unknown.
