Synopsis: Chinami Ebihara is a girl with a strange ability to generate electromagnetic waves when her emotions are high. However, as this "skill" affects anything electric, this has resulted in having to transfer from school to school when she was younger. Since Chinami, now 18 years old, transfers to a new school, she once again affects the school's electronic devices, but this time, when another student, Kotaro Kannagi, sees her to do this, he is obsessed with studying his " Type -and "skill.
