Blood+

Synopsis: Saya otonashi is a seemingly ordinary girl who lives a worldly life with her foster family in the city of Okinawa. In fact, their only peculiarities are suffering from anemia and being unable to remember any of their life beyond the previous year.

However, Saya's forgotten past quickly returns to haunt her - one night she is attacked at school by a creature that feeds on human blood. Only when all hope seems lost, a mysterious man named Haji appears and removes the creature temporarily. But when her rescuer forces her to drink her blood, Saya suddenly enters a trance and kills the monster easily, using her own blood as a catalyst.

Saya then learns about an organization called Red Shield, founded with the sole purpose of defeating infernal beasts. Now Saya and Haji must work together with Red Shield to combat these fearsome monsters and unlock the secrets to the girl's past.
