Area no Kishi

Synopsis: Kakeu and Suguru are brothers who have a passion in fire for football. However, while Suguru becomes a rising star in the Japanese juvenile soccer system, Kakeru decides to take a managerial role after fighting in the countryside. But due to a cruel twist of destination, Kakeu ends up reevaluating the role he chose.

Hoping that one day he will be able to enter the World Cup, becoming a member of the national team, Kakeru trains more than anyone else. He is not alone in this search for glory, however. Kakeru's childhood friend Nana is a football prodigy with the wicked nickname "Little Witch." She is a better classified player and is already playing at Nadeshiko Japan, the Japanese women's team. Nana's success gives Kakeu the extra push he needs to achieve his goals.
