Synopsis: As a boy of a noble family in AMAWAKUNI, Arata always expected to make her life of her own - even the word of the weak princess comes to her city. Without his knowledge, his grandmother had claimed that he was a woman at birth and now, without other girls to succeed the princess of the Hime Matriarchal clan, he is next in the throne line! Disguised as a woman awaiting a replacement, Arata witnesses an attempted murder to the princess for none other than her own guard, the 12 Shinsho. The crime is trapped in his head, forcing Arata to escape to Kando's forest, where no one is said to come out the same way.
Meanwhile, in modern Japan, Arata Hinohara yearns to escape the cruelty of her classmates. Upon hearing his name called a alley, he wanders his way and unconsciously exchanges universes with AMAWAKUNI's Arata. With his own power as a newly designed "sho" - a warrior capable of handling Hayagami, weapons with the power of the gods - and the help of his companions he finds along his journey, Hinohara proposes to restore his order to restore his order new world.
