Synopsis: Venus versus virus follows the regular student Sumire, who has the ability to see ghosts from an early age. She tells friends and family about this fact and they just discard it, thinking it's a liar. A casual encounter with a brooch flying out of nowhere, a monster monster and Gothloli dressed as a monster named Lucia leaves her with a decision that changes the life of using her ability and fighting these "viruses", feeding on the human race.
