Tenshi na Konamaiki

Synopsis: Megumi-chan is a girl with a secret past. She used to be a boy until she met a person she thought was a magic user. This person gave him a magical book from which a genius seems to grant a desire when blood is applied to him. Megumi made the desire to be a man in a man's body, but genius has a turnaround: he gives desires behind, so that he turns 9-year-old Megumi-kun to Megumi-chan. The years pass and Meigumi enters high school, where she immediately beats the school bully, which of course falls in love with her. She is looking for this book again to be able to reverse the spell on her.
