Saiunkoku Monogatari
Synopsis: Shuurei Kou, daughter of a noble but impoverished family, is a smart young woman who dreams of becoming a government official and contributing to her country. However, your dream is out of reach, as a position is prohibited for women. While his father works with a low salary job as an archivist in the palace, Shuurei needs to juggling with strange jobs to survive. So one day, an unexpected visit changes your life.
Shuurei is called to help Ryuuki Shi, the new emperor known for relaxing in his duties and preferred the company of men. Attempted by generous compensation, she promptly accepts the chance to become the young emperor's consort for six months. Fortunately, she is not alone like Seiran Shi, her reliable friend, joins her as Guarda -Costas de Ryuuki. While in charge of transforming the new emperor into a responsible ruler, the court's life and politics are problematic, as Shuurei faces the challenges of his new life.
Set in a fictional country, Saikokoku Monogatari focuses on the idea of meaningful leadership, its adversities, and the rewards that arise alongside a prosperous nation.
