The inmates were trapped to disrupt the spread of contamination, and their powers began mutations - if they become markers, pyrurs or severity controllers - all became known as unnecessary.

Adam Blade is one of these unnecessary, having remarkable regenerative skills and incredible strength. To restore peace to a devastated Japan by war, he and his allies must fight together to get up against a heinous research group under the name of Simeon.
