Kaze ga Tsuyoku Fuiteiru
Synopsis: EX -Ace of the ACE of the Pordai Josei High School, Kakeu Kurahara is chased from a theft convenience store in stores. Jumping his persecutor, he finds Haiji Kiyose, another student from his university. Haiji is impressed by Kakeu's agility and convinces him to live in Chikusei -si, the degrading apartment where Haiji resides along with eight other students. Having lost his entire apartment deposit in a Mahjong Salon, Kakeu accepts the offer reluctantly.
However, Haiji reveals a secret during the Kakeru's Boa -Vindas party: the apartment is actually the Kansei University Track Club dorm. He reveals his ultimate goal of participating in Hakone Ekiden - one of Japan's most prominent university marathon relay races. Unfortunately, all residents, besides Haiji and Kakeru, are complete newcomers. Worse yet, none of the inhabitants are remotely interested in getting involved with Haiji's ridiculous plane! With just a few months before the deadline, can the fourth year student convince them otherwise and make their illusory dream come true at Hakone Ekiden?
