Synopsis: In 20xx, a civil war broke out in a small country in Asia, despite the order of the UN forces. But a photo taken by accident on the battlefield accelerates the peace process: a photograph of a flag that became the symbol of peace. However, shortly before the peace agreement, the flag is stolen by an extremist group armed to obstruct the truce. To rescue the flag, the UN sends the Special Development Command (SDC, which is armed with the high agility versatile gun transporter (HAVWC)), along with a photojournalist incorporated to record its activities. This photojournalist is Saeko Shirasu - the young Camerawoman who took the photo of the flag.
