Fate/Zero

Synopsis: With the promise of granting any desire, the omnipotent Holy Grail triggered three wars in the past, each very cruel and fierce to leave a winner. Nevertheless, the rich Einzbern family is confident that the Fourth War of the Holy Grail will be different; That is, with a vase of the holy grail now in his hands. Only for this reason, the very hated "Magus Killer" Kiritsugu Emiya is hired by the Einzberns, with the marriage to his only daughter Irisviel as a binding contract.

Kiritsugu is now at the center of a survival game, facing six other participants, each armed with an old family member and fueled by unique desires and ideals. Accompanied by his own family member, Saber, the notorious mercenary soon finds his greatest opponent in Kirei Kotomine, a priest seeking salvation of the void within him in search of Kiritsugu.

Based on the novel of light written by General Urobuchi, the fate/zero shows the events of the Fourth War of Holy Grail - 10 years before the destination/night of the night. Witness a Battle Royale, in which no one has a guarantee of surviving.
