Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge
Synopsis: Kiri Haimura has an obsession with beautiful hair - specifically cutting it. This bizarre feature is what leads you to look for a long -haired ghost that lives in an abandoned house in a hill. However, he does not find a ghost, but a beautiful girl with long hair called Iwai Mushanokouji, the "queen of hair", whose hair cannot be cut due to a family curse.
Iwai explains that there is a death game around it, and that if it is killed by a cursed object, properly called "better killing", the bearer receives his desire granted. After protecting Iwai from the "authors" - killing goods users - he finds that there is indeed a good killing well in his own family: a pair of scissors used by his ancestor to commit murders. Naming the scissors "The Severing Crime Edge", he finds that he is able to cut Iwai's cursed hair with them, free it to live a normal life.
