Synopsis: When a demon who changes shape with a human flesh, known as "Youma", arrives in the village of Raki, a lonely woman with silver eyes enters the city with just a sword with her back. It is a "Claymore", being manufactured as a human and half-you, with the express goal of exterminating these monsters. After Raki's family is killed, Claymore saves his life, but he is later banned from his home. With no other place, Raki finds Claymore, known as Clare, and decides to follow him on his journeys.
While the two travel from city to city, defeating Youma along the way, more about the organization of Clare and his fellow warriors comes up. With all clean cities and all the demons destroyed, they approach Youma, in which Clare sought revenge since she chose to become a Claymore.
