Synopsis: If it weren't for his ability to dominate people's mind and body, Yuu Otosaka would be a common high school student. Although it lasts only five seconds at a time, Yuu's mysterious power allowed him to cheat to the top of his class and enter a prestigious secondary school where his dishonest acts continues.

Their mischief are finished by non -Tomori - the president of the stubborn student council of Hoshinoumi Academy - who sees through his mistake. Through coercion, it does not convince Yuu to transfer to Hoshinoumi and join the Student Council. Hoshinoumi Academy is secretly an institution created for adolescents who have supernatural skills - with the student council serving as a means of locating those who abuse their powers.
