Synopsis: Joe Yabuki is a problematic young man whose only solution to problems is to punch them. What he doesn't have in ways and discipline, he compensates for his self -taught struggle skills.
One day, as he wandered through Doya's slums, Joe fights with the local gang. Although much less, he defeats them effortlessly, drawing Danpei Tange's attention - an ex -boxer who became an alcoholic. Seeing his potential, he offers to train Joe in the largest boxer in Japan. At first Joe discards Danped as a drunk without hope; But after the coach saves his life, he agrees to live with him and learn the art of boxing. Unfortunately, Joe's personality makes him an undisciplined student, and he usually returns to his old ways.
To survive the hard world of his new career, Joe needs to trust his mentor and master the techniques taught to him. However, the way to become a professional boxer is full of struggles that will test your courage to the end.
