Synopsis: In a world inhabited by demons, cyclopes and other fantastic creatures, humans stand out like outcasts. Quick to anger, the human race became involved in a war that eliminated them. The few humans who remain are seen as a delicacy, not being hunted and eaten.

One day, golem, a wandering protector of nature, finds a lonely human child while patrolling. Inspired by his enthusiasm, he takes the girl, called Somali, under his wing. Together, the pair embarks on a journey to find Somali's parents and bring it home.
